RETURN POLICY

Please review our exchange policies below for purchases:

  • a) For any reason should you wish to exchange your purchased item(s), you have 7 days upon receiving the item(s) to exhange your order.
  • b) Items can only be exchanged if the items have not been opened, used, unpacked or damaged made by the recipient.
  • c) Items must be in the original condition with undamaged boxes (if any).
  • d) You are responsible for the items to be sent back to us until they reach us, and agree to assume the costs associated with the returning purchased item(s) to us.
  • e) For all orders with missing, defect or wrong item, email us again at [email protected] with your order id # using subject header “Missing, Defect & Wrong”. You may call us at 03- 89125586. We will advise you accordingly.

Returns by Mail

  1. Pack your return well to prevent damage in transit. Use postal service with track & trace to prevent lost.

  8. Email your name, order number, email address, return items and the parcel tracking ID to [email protected]

  10. Once our team has received, inspected and accepted the returned item(s) our customer service will have it processed for exchange of products.

  12. Our working hours are on weekdays from 9am to 6pm except Public Holidays. Emails sent outside these hours will be replied on the next working day. Rest assured any enquiries will be answered.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reaches our store.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Online Department Team at 03- 89125586. No cancellation fees shall be applicable. Once the order has been made dispatched it may not be cancelled and the item must be returned to the company according to the guidelines provided by the Online Department Team (please call above stated number).

All product descriptions, information and materials posted in the website are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties expressed, implied or otherwise howsoever arising.

Product image as seen on the site may slightly differ from the actual product that you receive.

If the item you receive is faulty, please contact our Online Department team and provide your order number, details of the product and reason for return for a replacement.

Upon receiving the product, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement  via email as soon as possible.

In the event the product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair or replace you for the product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable delivery costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees.
