  • 📍 Location: Cuura Skin Spa, Bandar Baru Bangi.

    💄 Job Responsibilities:

    • Perform facial treatment to customer based on company SOP.
    • Perform cashier duties
    •  Perform sales duties at spa
    • Perform customer service duties
    • Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties.
    • Perform live hosting session to ensure sales target and live session target are met.
    • Social media activities such as content creation
    • Ensure Spa supplies requirements are met.
    • Ensure Spa product stocks are always sufficient.
    • Perform inventory management activities such as stock take etc.
    • Submit operation and sales reports required.
    • Ensure all preparations are ready before each facial treatment.

    💄 Other Duties:

    • Sales event at shopping malls or various places and preparation activities for the event.
    • Warehousing, inventory management and stock take activities. (IF needed)
    • Production and packaging activities.
    • Branding,customer and stockist events.
    • Photo and video shoot activities.

    Job Descriptions

    • Responsible for researching and turning content ideas into social medias posting,infographic and text captions.
    • Manage day to day social media content postings.
    • Involve in developing branding, sales and marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Coordinate and execute marketing activities and events.
    • Monitoring budget for marketing activities.
    • Analyses effectiveness of marketing activities and makes improvements where necessary.
    • Prepare and submit marketing reports.
    • Lead and direct marketing campaign shoot.
    • Liaise with marketing consultants/
      service provider if needed
    • Involving in any ad-hoc marketing and company activities.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
    • Intermediate knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint. Additional point for candidate who has experienced using Notion.
    • Familiarity with design software and technologies a plus (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, video editing software, inshot, Capcut, Canva etc.).
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
    • The ability to think creatively and translate ideas into excellent copywriting.
    • Very good knowledge about e- commerce and internet marketing.
    • Photography and videography skills is an added advantage.
    • Good proficiency in written and oral Bahasa Melayu and English.
    • Preferably executive with minimum 2-5 years experience specializing in Marketing/Business Development, Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Tiktok, Zalora, Lazada & company's website)

    • Monitor stock levels, pricing, and promotions to ensure competitiveness

    • Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales (e.g. Mega Campaigns, Payday Sales)

    • Optimize product content including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility (SEO)

    • Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.

    • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, warehouse, customer service) for digital campaign.

    • Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on marketplaces

    • Work closely with digital marketing team on ads (Shopee Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads)

    • Generate reports and provide insights to improve sales performance

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
    • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
    • Hands-on experience with Shopee, Tiktok and Lazada Seller Center

    • Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

    Job Responsibilities

    Advertising Creative Design

    • Design static and motion creatives for Meta, TikTok and other digital advertising platforms.

    • Produce high-converting creatives aligned with campaign objectives.

    • Create multiple design variations for A/B testing.

    • Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines.

    Video Editing

    • Edit marketing videos from raw footage provided by content creators.

    • Produce engaging short-form videos suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Meta Ads.

    • Add captions, motion graphics, transitions and visual enhancements.

    Creative Support

    • Design promotional materials for campaigns, launches and seasonal events.

    • Support livestream campaigns with creative assets.

    • Create banners, website visuals and marketplace graphics.

    • Work closely with Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Creators and Live Hosts.

    Project Management

    • Manage multiple creative requests simultaneously.

    • Prioritize tasks based on business urgency.

    • Ensure all creative requests are completed within agreed timelines.

    Continuous Improvement

    • Keep up with current design trends and advertising creatives.

    • Proactively suggest new creative ideas to improve campaign performance.

    • Learn from campaign data and continuously improve creative output.

    Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or equivalent.

    • Minimum 1-2 years experience (Fresh graduates with strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).

    • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.

    • Experience with After Effects or CapCut is an advantage.

    • Good understanding of Meta Ads and TikTok creatives.

    • Strong attention to detail.

    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

    • Positive attitude and willing to receive constructive feedback.

  • We are seeking a confident and engaging In-House Live Host to conduct live streaming sessions for our brand.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Host daily on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Shopee Live, etc.
    • Present products in an engaging, informative, and persuasive manner.
    • Interact with live audiences, answer questions, and keep energy levels high throughout broadcasts.
    • Host live streaming sessions to promote company products/services
    • Engage and interact with viewers in a professional and energetic manner
    • Present product information clearly and confidently on camera
    • Adhere to live schedules and content guidelines

    • Pre-live responsbilities:
      • Prepare live scripts, talking points, and product highlights before each session
      • Review product details, pricing, and promotions prior to going live
      • Test audio, video, and internet setup before live sessions

    • Post-live responsibilities:
      • Review live performance and audience feedback
      • Assist with basic reporting (views, engagement, sales performance)
      • Participate in post-live debriefs to improve future sessions

    Job Requirements:
    • Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera
    • Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
    • Able to work on a shift basis & weekends based on live schedule requirements
    • Live streaming duration: Minimum 6 hours per day
    • Total working hours: 8 hours per day (full-time)
    • Rest Day: 1 day per week
