Location: Cuura HQ, Bandar Baru Bangi.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Tiktok, Zalora, Lazada & company's website)
• Monitor stock levels, pricing, and promotions to ensure competitiveness
• Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales (e.g. Mega Campaigns, Payday Sales)
• Optimize product content including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility (SEO)
• Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, warehouse, customer service) for digital campaign.
• Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on marketplaces
• Work closely with digital marketing team on ads (Shopee Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Generate reports and provide insights to improve sales performance
Job Requirements
• MALAYSIAN ONLY.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
• Hands-on experience with Shopee, Tiktok and Lazada Seller Center
• Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
