Your tier status depends on your accumulated spend within a 12-month period:

• Elite members remain in this tier permanently.
• VIP members may be downgraded if the minimum spend of RM1,500 is not met within 12 months.
• Premier members may be downgraded if the minimum spend of RM3,000 is not met within 12 months.

You earn 1 CUURA Coin for every RM1 spent, both online and in-store. Coins are calculated based on the final amount paid, excluding discounts, shipping fees, vouchers, and store credits.

CUURA Coins expire 12 months from the date they are earned. Each batch of coins follows its own expiry timeline, so we recommend redeeming them regularly.

Yes. Simply scan the CUURA Member QR code available in-store to create your account. Our retail team will be happy to assist you if needed.

CUURA Coins can be redeemed both online and in-store. Online, coins are converted into discount vouchers during checkout. In-store, our team will assist you with redemption once you have sufficient coins.

Yes. CUURA Coins can be used for discount redemption at CUURA Skin Spa. Simply show your available coins at the counter after your treatment.

Redeemed CUURA Coins cannot be refunded once they have been used.
