   How do I sign up for the Cuura membership programme?
  • Just sign up to create an account. Make your first purchase, and you will automatically be included in our membership program!
   When will my tier status be downgraded?
  • Elite Card (Green) : Your tier status will never expire.
  • VIP Card (Blue) : Your tier status will be downgraded to Elite Tier (Blue Card) tier if you do not hit the accumulated spend of RM1500 over a 12-month period from the date of your tier upgrade.
  • Premier Card (Brown) : Your tier status will be downgraded to VIP Tier (Brown Card) or Elite Tier (Green Card) tier if you do not hit the accumulated spend of RM3000 over a 12-month period from the date of your tier upgrade.
   How do I earn Cuura Coins?
  • You will also earn 1 Cuura Coin for every RM1 spent online or in-stores.
  • Note: Points earned are based on your purchase amount, excluding discounts and shipping fees. The purchase amount paid via vouchers and store credit  will not earn points.
   When will my Cuura Coins expire?
  • Your points will expire 12 months after the date you earned them, no matter which loyalty tier you’re currently in. For example, if you earned 200 points on June 10th, 2023, and 50 points on August 23rd, 2023, 200 points will expire on June 10th, 2024, and 50 points will expire on August 23rd, 2024. So don’t forget to use them!
   Can I sign up for an Cuura Member account in-store?
  • Yes, you can. Scan the Cuura Member QR code found in-store to create your account online. You can always approach our friendly retail staff for help! To access your loyalty benefits online, sign in or sign up for a Cuura Member account using the same email address you provided in stores.
   How do I redeem my Cuura Coins?
  • You can redeem your Cuura Coins rewards on the official website and in-store only.
  • Online redemption: Your Cuura Coins can be converted into discount vouchers to be applied during checkout.
  • In-store redemption: Our staff will assist you in redeeming available points for discount vouchers once you have accumulated enough points.
  Can I redeem Cuura Coins for a Cuura Spa Treatment?
  • Yes, you can use Cuura Coins at Cuura Spa for discount redemption! Just show your Cuura Coins during your spa treatment and enjoy your discount!
   Will my Cuura Coins be included in refunds?
  • Unfortunately, redeemed points cannot be refunded as they have been used accordingly.
