MARKETING EXECUTIVE [URGENT POSITION]Location: Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor.
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging digital marketing campaigns, creating high-quality content, and managing the brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for digital marketing trends. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Management • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, and infographics) tailored to each social media channel. • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement, website traffic, and conversions. • Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights to optimize strategies. • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant. • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to create visually appealing marketing materials. • Assist in developing and maintaining the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting across channels. • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Support email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives. 2. Event Management: • Event Planning & Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute both virtual and in person events, including product launches, conferences, and promotional events. • Logistics & On-Site Coordination: Oversee all event logistics, including venue booking, invitations, branding, and on-site execution. • Event Promotion: Develop marketing campaigns to promote events across social media, email, and other platforms to drive attendance. • Post-Event Follow-up: Collect feedback, analyze event success, and generate post event reports for future improvement.
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail. • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English. • Experience in graphic design, video editing, and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar). • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools. • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus. • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. • Very well known in using Google Drive and its related tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
