 BEAUTY THERAPIST (URGENT!)  

 Requirement:
  • Minimum Diploma in Cosmetology or its equivalent.
  • Able to Communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Hardworking, Responsible and Good Attitude.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Submit operation and sales reports required.
  • Identifying marketing trends & implementing best sales practices to achieve key sales results.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills in accordance with the Cuura guidelines.

  • Working Location – Cuura Skin Spa, Bandar Baru Bangi

 Responsible:

 A. SPA duties

  1. Perform facial treatment to customer based on company SOP.
  2. Perform cashier duties
  3. Perform sales duties at spa
  4. Perform customer service duties
  5. Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties.
  6. Ensure Spa supplies requirements are met.
  7. Ensure Spa product stocks are always sufficient.
  8. Perform inventory management activities such as stock take etc.
  9. Submit operation and sales reports required.
  10. Ensure all preparations are ready before each facial treatment.

 B. Misc Duties.

  • From time to time, company will engage in various activities that requires beauticians’ involvement to support company operation. Our duties will be as per mention above but not limited them. Various company activities are mention below but not limited to them:
  1. Sales event at shopping malls or various places and preparation activities for the event.
  2. Warehousing, inventory management and stock take activities.
  3. Production and packaging activities.
  4. Social media activities such as content creation, live events and etc.
  5. Branding, customer and stockist events.
  6. Photo and video shoot activities.

 [FULL TIME POSITION] RETAIL SALE ASSOCIATE / RETAIL MANAGER  

 Requirement:
  • Minimum SPM or its equivalent.
  • Able to Communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia/ Mandarin.

  3. Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  4. Ensure that inventory is kept at reasonable level and involve in periodical stock take.
  5. To handle retail outlet social media activities such as content creation, live events and etc.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and priced.
  7. Submit operation and sales reports required.
  8. Identifying marketing trends & implementing best sales practices to achieve key sales results.
  9. Provide excellent customer service skills in accordance with Cuura guidelines.
