MARKETING EXECUTIVE (SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT CREATION) [URGENT POSITION]

Location: Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor.
Job Type: Full-time

 Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive with a strong focus on social media management and content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging digital marketing campaigns, creating high-quality content, and managing the brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for digital marketing trends.


 Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.

    Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, and infographics) tailored to each social media channel.

    Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement, website traffic, and conversions.

    Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights to optimize strategies.

    Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

    Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to create visually appealing marketing materials.

    Assist in developing and maintaining the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting across channels.

    Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

    Support email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.

    Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and business goals.


 Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

    2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.

    Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

    Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.

    Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.

    Experience in graphic design, video editing, and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar).

    Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.

    Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.

    Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

    Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

    Very well known in using Google Drive and its related tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).

 Working Hours:

    Working hours from 9 am to 6 pm. Monday to Friday.

[PART TIME FULL TIME] RETAIL SALE ASSOCIATE (URGENT POSITION)]

Salary Range: RM12/HOUR + MEAL ALLOWANCE

 Requirement:
  • Minimum SPM or its equivalent.
  • Able to Communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia/ Mandarin.

 Responsible:

  1. Handle daily operation of retail outlet and meet sales target.
  2. Attend to customers enquiries and provide optimum assistant.
  3. Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  4. Ensure that inventory is kept at reasonable level and involve in periodical stock take.
  5. To handle retail outlet social media activities such as content creation, live events and etc.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and priced.
  7. Submit operation and sales reports required.
  8. Identifying marketing trends & implementing best sales practices to achieve key sales results.
  9. Provide excellent customer service skills in accordance with Cuura guidelines.
